This is the 3.5 mm thick CZU purlin roll forming machine which can do size bottom width from 80 mm to 500 mm . The machine used high quality 10 tons hydraulic decoiler and machine adopts cast iron machine stands and gearboxes transmission . The machine used twist shearing type which type can do very well purlin effects because the blade spacers was too small . Just need to change blades when do different sizes. If you have higher requested to your purlin , and can use this twist shearing type. Of course , this machine also equipped one set of infinite shear without changing blades . One of our this client had this request for considering his needed. Two kinds of cutting unit can meet client different needs.
