This is the CZU purlin roll forming machine which can do size bottom width from 80 mm to 350 mm customized sizes. The purlin height can do from 40mm to 100 mm customized sizes. The purlin lips can do sizes from 15-25 mm customized sizes. The machine used high quality 10 tons hydraulic decoiler and machine adopts cast iron machine stands and gearboxes transmission . The machine used infinite shearing type which type can not replace blades whendo different purlin sizes. Machine adopted separated punching unit which can improve whole line speed .
