This is a CHC type partition wall channel / soundproof channel light gauge steel roll forming machine. In order to meet the high productivity requirements of our clients, this machine is equipped with a flying punch unit and flying cut unit, allowing it to achieve speeds of up to 45-50m/min. The machine features a sturdy and durable structure, with a base frame made of welded iron plates, machine stands cast from iron, and gears transmission with high structural strength. The rollers are made of Cr12, ensuring excellent performance and durability. All of these components come together to create a machine that is both stable and of high quality.
